J. Gruzewski has studied architecture at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge
and urban planning at PW. Master Degree of
Architecture and Urban Planning, MIT'92. Member of
SARP, Who's Who of the International Executive
Professionals, Global Real Estate Investments, and
The Copley Society of Boston. Between 1992-2008 he
cooperated with American, Middle Eastern and
European Real Estate investors, and
property developers. The Compton Prize, and the
GS-0808-15 American Executive Management rank

- I am
recognized as an accomplished executive manager,
architect, city planner, and development consultant
with a broad international experience in projects
of diverse scale. I assist Real Estate Investors
and Developers in property search, conceptual
design, architectural competitions organization,
design and development management. I have led
and/or assitded with the developments in the
Emirates and EU.(from 25 ha to 2,740 ha in size).
My project, design and development management
service advantages are based on my international
work experience (USA, Germany, Kuwait, Oman, UAE,
Portugal, Greece, KSA and Hungary), the best
technical American, and Bauhaus-based, European
education. I have worked on developments up to $27
billion USD (Saadiyat Island, Porto Jumeirah,
Bawadi, Schutow, Palm Jumeirah, LSM Housing
Redevelopment, Abu Dhabi Mangroves, Abu Shum Um,
Ajman Marina, Dubai-Land Tennis Community,
Untergohren, the Greek Olympia Beach Resort,
Al-Qurum in Oman, Hawaii West Beach, just to
mention a few).

have 25 year hands-on international work experience
(PM, design+development management, project
supervision, administration).
I am
recognized as an accomplished senior manager,
architect, urban planner, and development
consultant with broad GCC experience in projects of
diverse scale. I manage for, and assist the Real
Estate Investors and Developers in the RE property
search, conceptual design, architectural
competitions organization, design and development
management. I have directed developments in the
Emirates and in Europe.

- I
have held most positions, from an Architect, Urban
Planner, Project Manager (in the 80's) up to a
VP, Project, Design, Operations
and Managing Director including. I had a
pleasure of being involved with the iconic mixed
use $1.1 to $27 Billion dollar developments, and
high-end , mass media acclaimed projects. Among
them: the Saadiyat Island, Bawadi, Abu Dhabi
Mangroves, Dubai Land, Saudi Arabian King Abdulaziz
Centre for Knowledge and Culture, Dubai Tennis and
Golf developments.
In 1989-90, I
was a Chief Architect of the $124 miilion
USD BM Estate in Princeton. This one of a kind $12
million reconstruction project has been directed by
me for Mrs. (Baroness) B. P. Johnson , wife of Mr
John Seward Johnson (of the Johnson & Johnson
Corporation). This pearl of projects is known as
the TPC Jasna Polana, PGA Tour Golf Resort today
(Princeton, NJ).
My commercial
projects include: hotels, office towers, shopping
center, marinas, golf clubs, health center, an
airport, universitiy bldg., and
museums.
